After his first three releases on 4Weed Records, whose debut EP “Frontline” is on free download on the label website (www.4weed.net), Italian producer ELND comes out with his first album, Common Fears. It is a work which grounds its roots in years of experimentation and sound research, a concept album which needs to be heard and discovered track by track. A mix of synth, fascinating sub-frequencies, and heightened percussive rhythms, dreamlike melodies and a tough dose of hybrid effects make up the bearing structure of the whole album. ELND’s mark is very visible and recognizable in all of his productions, with a unique style: a brazen, eterogeneous bass music unlike any structure or established form. Common Fears is entirely composed, arranged and played by ELND, who personally made all the samples of the album which mix it and dubbed live analogically. ELND is very far from the ruling media exposition, music is his overpowering manifesto.
